A typical engagement usually lasts for around 9 months. We begin by finding alignment, build a technical solution for you, then remain in an advisory role to assist with ongoing challenges and refining strategies.
Kickoff
Alignment

3 Months
Strategy
We’ll define product and technical requirements, then design robust and scalable data models and architectures in support of these. The result is comprehensive documentation and a well-defined implementation strategy.
6 Months
Build
We create and maintain roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables as we build a technical solution that works for you. We help to evaluate and onboard new collaborators and vendors as needed. Throughout this phase, we provide hands-on leadership and engineering to ensure efforts remain on track and deliver timely results.
9 Months
Transition
We facilitate a smooth hand-off of the project to your internal team for long-term ownership. This includes documentation, training, and hands on support to ensure your team is fully equipped to manage the project independently. We then transition to an advisory role, providing strategic guidance and support as needed to ensure continued success.
Handoff
Advisory
We remain available to support your team in tackling technical challenges, refining strategies, and navigating key decisions. This includes guidance on scaling, optimizing workflows, exploring opportunities, and staying aligned with industry standards. Our goal is to empower your team to thrive independently while providing trusted advice as needed.
